Herzliya ( hurts-LEE-yə; Hebrew: הֶרְצְלִיָּה [heʁts(e)liˈja]; Arabic: هرتسليا, romanized: Hirtsiliyā) is an affluent city in the central coast of Israel, at the northern part of the Tel Aviv District, known for its robust start-up and entrepreneurial culture.
