Mountain Artworks Studio, AKA Michael "Goose", Sizemore was founded in 1996. The studio specializes in metal sculpture and metal art. The artist's fascination with Anasazi pictographs and petroglyphs of the American Southwest is evident in all of his creative works ranging from small copper wall hangings to monumental sculptures made of various metals. The linear elements of those ancient designs as well as my love of the organic world are two major themes in all of my art. I dream up ideas, design them on paper, then produce them in the welder.
