21 Gramercy Park

Big shout-out to Daytona! She gave us a tour last Friday and was fantastic. She patiently answered all of our questions and worked directly with the manager to coordinate everything we needed. She is amazing!

Truly, the best place I have ever lived. The staff genuinely cares and is diligent in their efforts to take care of residents. Everything is well thought out from the toilet paper they leave you when you move in, to the events they plan benefiting the community. Not to mention, the apartments are well-maintained with new appliances and the neighborhood is quiet.

During our search to find our daughter the best place to live near college station/Bryan for school, we came across 21 Gramercy. We felt safe, right at home and welcomed by the incredibly kind staff. While touring there was a maintenance issue brought up in the office and I couldn’t help but notice how well the team treated the resident and jumped right to the issue. It is very clear that the entire team cares about the community and takes pride in their work.
