Keishla has been a great help in the leasing office from the beginning We enjoy the amenities as a family and can’t wait for the summer weather to enjoy the grills and pool outside. We use the indoor pool already a ton! So far it’s been a pretty good experience moving in and getting settled

I lived in for 3 years and quit. The management team was changed twice, and current team is doing good about refreshing some amenities like wall, clubhouse, or mail rooms. The thing dissapointing me is they miss sometimes communication for transition. The worst one is changing FOB, then we need to change fob key. But they don't prepare proper number of FOBs. They don't give us alternative one even we paid 65 bucks for another key before. I asked many times in person, the answer is "it will be all srt hopefully next week" since last May.

I recently moved out but sharing my personal experience from staying here the past 1.5 years. I saw the big transformation couple months after I moved in. The new management has been quite proactive, specially Ruth has been very friendly and helpful whenever I had questions or queries and also Keishla. I loved staying here but my work commute wasn’t feasible. Pros: 1) Safe neighborhood specially young professionals and single women 2) Convenient parking garage.
