Alvista Nine Mile

I've lived here for the last 5 years and in those 5 years this place has had 4 different owners. The current owner is the best we've ever had and it's not even close. Stairs that have been broken for the last 5 years finally fixed, pool open after 3 years closed, maintenance, pest control all doing a great job. They've done so much since being here, and the complex feels alive and full again. In the past I would not have given this place even 1 star, but the way it's being managed now makes it genuinely a nice place to live.

Good day, I highly recommend this property. I'm a resident here, and the change is absolute. The building where I live, number 2, is kept clean, the parking lots have been fixed, and the improvement in management is very noticeable. Freddy, the cleaning guy, is very polite and attentive, and the man who takes out the trash is the same.

A lot of properties to choose from and very easy to work with.
