Market store at the bottom doesn’t have a location on Google and has horrible customer service. The worst service I’ve had in Los Angeles

Let me start by saying I tried to like living at Ames Lofts and this is my third year here, but the building is under REAP for numerous violations and it is simply not a safe or pleasant place to live. Management has also proved that they do not care to improve anythng or listen to existing tenants unless the city forces them to. First, this morning at 5am 11/30/24 I woke up to a blackout. I ventured out to the hallway where there was absolutely no lighting to safely guide residents to the stairwell and no lighting in the stairwells themselves. I took video of this.

Believe everything bad you see in these reviews they had me come tour only for the leasing person not to be here then they ignored my calls when I got here. Run ! This is the worse or the worse you come here you have hit ultimate rock bottom
