Aquatic at U

We have discovered and my son has lived in this hidden gem for about a year. If we have any concern, Anna always respond promptly. Anna deserve 10 stars.

Aquatic @ U is a cut above the other student housing bldgs! Well built and great location near Trader Joe’s and efficient modern unit with luxury appliances. The main reason we selected this bldg besides location and modern styling was the manager. Anna is terrific! She is always there to help and the place is neat clean and well maintained. She is around to always answer questions. I give this property the highest rating possible.

I recently had the chance to view this apartment building and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The property itself is clean, modern, and very well-maintained, with great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. It really impressed me and was super close to the UC Berkley campus which was a big plus. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service I received from Anna the community manager. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure I had everything I needed throughout the process.
