Arbors at Morehead City Apartments

I moved in 2 weeks ago and the process from Tour to 2 week anniversary has been amazing. I love being the 1st person to live in my apartment. The few maintenance requests were followed up quickly and resolved. Staff are fun and easy to work with. I have begun meeting new neighbors and all have been extremely helpful when they see an “older” lady struggling with unloading her many new purchases. Coffee machine in the office was my go-to happy place on a Sunday morning before my Amazon delivery arrived.

Update: The main clubhouse has been closed for months now, and the repeated delays and extensions have gone well beyond a reasonable repair period. While I know the lease allows closures, paragraph 32 also promises diligent, prompt repairs, and state law requires prompt repairs to covered facilities. The local leasing team has been great, and I appreciate their e-efforts. But temporary alternatives don’t restore what residents were offered, and our patience and silence is does not mean we’re okay with it. This could be a great community, but maintaining it needs to be a priority.

Arbors is a really nice apartment complex with great amenities. The people in the office are extremely nice and helpful.
