What do Google reviewers say?
I misspelled one letter on my friend’s car, and they immediately towed the car. I provided my unit number and passcode. Nobody called me to confirm, they just towed the car , and they want almost $500 even though my parking is still valid.
This is my third year living at The Ascent, and I can honestly say I still feel like I'm on vacation. It's a beautiful property, the amenities are well maintained, and I continue to love living here. I know every community get mixed reviews, but my experience has been completely different from some of the complaints posted in the reviews. For example, I use the gym every day, and it's always been a great experience for me. The maintenance team is responsive, professional, and friendly. The housekeeping staff does an amazing job keeping the common areas spotless.
Beautiful property, well maintained, excellent staff. Amazing views from the rooftop!
