First impressions are not the case in this housing complex. When you walk in, it looks very prestige and the staff are courteous. Once you become a tenant that changes, The staff becomes condescending and very dismissive. it didn’t take long to notice the cockroaches the rodents, ants, the gnats getting into your home because there is space by the doors and not completely sealed. Trash lies everywhere, maintenance, and the porters drive-by trash on the ground and do not pick it up.
Since arriving in Avendale, I've felt right at home. It feels like a true home, not only because of its beauty but also because of its staff, especially Brenda Eaves. She's incredibly helpful and always there to lend a hand. If I could give it 100 stars, I would! Thank you, Brenda, for your support, help, and hospitality. You're the best! 🫶🏻
I have lived here for 1.5 years and love it. The community is beautiful, the office and maintenance staff is amazing, and the monthly resident events they host are are fun way to connect. Highly recommend living here!
