Blueprint Home Inspection

Avoid at all cost. Don’t ever use this company, they lie to cover their own mistakes. Incompetent and very rude. “Certified plumber” and completely missed an unattached pipe which caused a flood underneath the kitchen. Don’t ever use them.

Mike from Blueprint recently did a home inspection for us. It's hard to overstate how pleased we were with Mike and his thorough inspection of the home. He has a ton of knowledge and experience and gave us all kinds of helpful insights about different systems and the materials our particular home was made of. Apart from that, he's just a friendly human and made this inspection seem almost like an adventure we were going on with a really smart friend. He encouraged us to see the hidden areas of the home and get to know it.

Horrible company Carlos did our inspection. He passed house when it should’ve failed. A/C is so old nerds replaceed. Also ductwork & insulation needs replaced. This isn’t fair to anyone that pay for his inspection & trust him. No we have to pay lot of money to have things things replaced. We paid over asking for house. This company needs to be sued to teach them a lesson. From what he told us he inspects most of Fresno. If real estate company pays him under the table he wrong buyer. When I contact him of his wrong doing. He told me just get it fixed. It happened to him when he bought his home.
