Calista Luxury Townhomes

Khadijah was very informative about the unit features and the overall complex. She and the other leasing agent who was there at the time, were both professional and friendly. Great customer service.

excellent

I had a scheduled tour at Calista Luxury Townhomes in Fontana at 1:45 PM with the property manager, Khadijah Hasan. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. When I arrived for my appointment, there was simply a sign on the office door stating that she would return at 3:00 PM due to an emergency. I understand that emergencies happen, but no one contacted me beforehand to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I drove approximately 45 minutes to get there, so a phone call, text message, or email would have been the professional thing to do.
