The inspector was easy to work with during the inspection, but he kept telling me I will need to "budget". The estimate they provided was much higher than other estimates. When I asked if there are alternatives to replacing the roof, they never responded to me. They did call me after to apologize.
Excellent craftsmanship and quick turnaround. They identified a number of issues, fixed it quickly, and dropped by multiple times to resolve follow up questions. Honest, reliable, and great customer service.
Nate and his crew came originally to repair the EDPM rubber roof under our top-floor deck last fall, which had developed a serious leak and had been poorly repaired in the past. They removed and replaced the earlier substandard repair, which essentially stopped the leaking. Important notes: when we originally called them, they visited and gave us an estimate with 24 hours, and the repair was quickly done. This was really appreciated.
