Terrible phone customer service today. After receiving a text reminder for quarterly maintenance, I reached out to cancel the account. We don’t live at that location anymore. The first rep was obviously AI and wanted to know why I was canceling. I had already explained the reason. Then it transferred me to a live person, but she couldn’t cancel and had to transfer me to “leadership”. The next live rep was not located in my town. Said she was at a sister location. I had to clarify the details with her. All of this took six and a half minutes. Not pleasant minutes either.

Every I spoke with from this company was extremely nice, polite, and helpful. The young man who came out to spray my house and yard was so informative. I can’t say enough good things about this company! The price for their exterminating service is very reasonable. I’m so glad I chose them!

I love Cayce exterminating. They are very professional, efficient and friendly. Their communication is great regarding service appointments and what to expect.
