Christian Di Stasio, Realtor ,Real Estate Advisor

We're so happy to work with Christian on our recent real estate transaction. Your deep market insights and full understanding of home owner’s needs have made you all the successes throughout so many years. You are definitely on our top list of real estate professionals to recommend.

My wife and I spent 3 months “wandering in the dark” with a very nice, albeit ineffective agent. We kept getting outbid despite offering anywhere from $20 to $40k over asking. Finally, we decided that it might not be our offers that we’re lacking. After following Christian on Instagram for some time and being very impressed with his presentation and professionalism, we switched to him. We learned that getting a house in today’s market is more about the strategies, reputation and knowledge of a clever agent than it is about the money. We had our next offer accepted within 2 weeks!!!

We had a great experience working with Christian when buying our first home. He made everything easy from start to finish and we couldn't imagine navigating the complexities of the process without his help. Highly recommend working with Christian!
