Clarendon Park Apartments

Went to tour this apartment and literally found bugs (alive and dead) in the bathtub!

Trash everywhere! The property is not being taken care of, there is dog poop and trash everywhere. We’ve has maintenance request since February and none of them have been completed. The management had gone down hill and does not care about the cleanliness or maintenance of the property.

I would definitely give 0 stars if I could. Moved out on July 31st this year. Never received my deposit back - Called haven at midtown over a dozen times, left voicemails, and sent emails. Never got a reply. Decided to take it up a level and explain that if this is not resolved we will take legal action. They finally sent us an email in October (2.5 months later) to process refunds for my roommate and I, but for the wrong amount. Continued to send messages to explain and they refuse to answer. Called greystar management directly and was transferred to the regional managers voicemail.
