These are great apartments in a fantastic location; it’s an urban setting, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. But that’s not even the best part—thanks to the location, there’s a large shopping center with various stores right nearby. If you enjoy walking, this is the place for you since everything is close by. I highly recommend it. Aaron and Sergio, the maintenance guys, are always attentive and friendly.

I just moved in, and Maegan and Selena are some of the most amazing people in property management. The place is WELL kept, clean, and maintenance (if even needed) is same day. The amenities are world class. I enjoy living here, but being so close to Park West Village makes it too easy to spend my money lol. I don't see any downfalls. If you get a change to tour, please do! It's BEAUTIFUL and so many "wow" factors.

The reason I am giving 2 stars is because the construction behind the property. I know this isn't the apartment doing it but it DIRECTLY affects me as a resident. They will start at 7 am or even earlier on weekdays AND weekends. The loud banging will interfere with audio if you work from home, but more importantly it will interfere with your sleep and wake you up. This is the reason I'm moving out and the reason I'm giving 2 stars. I would have given 4 or 5 without it but this has honestly single handedly ruined my living experience here.
