Eric gives excellent maintenance service at the Oceano/Elara Apartments. He proviides for your home as if it were his own! Thanks to whomever made the choice to hire Eric! Very much appreciated!

The community appears beautiful, but the management team is a nightmare. Everyone on this team took turns gaslighting us. Good luck with the leasing process or trying to get a hold of anyone if you apply. What they promise on the tour does not align with what they say after you pay application fees. Then they have the audacity to say you misunderstood. Did we misunderstand or did you lie? Ashley Calhoun is no help. She covers for her team, I’ll give her that. I don’t know what’s worse her tone over the phone or in email. She is condescending for someone who trips over her own words and lies.

I had put a request on june 16. The work was not completed yet it was submitted on june 24th that the work was completed. Therefore I had to re sent a service request and call a phone to complain for someone to be sent to help with my order. Only then did I receive a phone call and service. Eric was great and friendly. When he is sent the work is always completed in a timely manner. It is only when Manny comes to service my unit that it takes WEEKS if not months to get any help and when he arrives hes very arrogant sarcastic and rude.
