Joey was super responsive, prompt , honest, reasonable all while making me feel a sense of relief in a stressful situation. The treatment only consisted of me and my cat vacating the premises for one hour. Very professional.
Unfortunately, I have to amend my original review. I thought Joey (owner of the company) provided exceptional customer service when I was concerned about bed bugs in my baby's room. After inspection, Joey assured me that I did not have a bed bug issue. He told me that he found a carpet beetle, which many people mistake for bed bugs. I was concerned about the extent of my carpet beetle problem. I believed that my rashes, welts, and itching were caused by carpet beetle larvae hair, which are difficult to eradicate. I requested heat treatment, typically done for bed bugs. It's very expensive.
