So helpful and lovely experience!

The lady that gave the tour was very kind (Sienna). I had a horrible experience with qualifying for this property. I have been approved for every single rental property since 2012 when I first started renting until now with this property Oasis. I own a house and moved to Bend a little over a year ago and was looking to downsize. I am currently paying $2600 a month for a townhouse that I am currently renting. (I had no problem getting approved for this property).

I’m just going to say that we have the best property maintenance person ever in Dylan!!! Everyone here says that he’s always doing the best job and there’s no way he’s replaceable !🙏🫶🏼😊😊 I needed my screen fixed right… (the last person used duct tape! :( ). And now it’s fixed! Had it back on the same day! Wow 🤩 ! Thanks Dylan!!
