⚠️ Very disappointed with this experience⚠️ Painters entered my unit without prior notice, and afterward I noticed that some of my personal belongings were missing, including my laundry detergent and bleach. It is extremely concerning and upsetting to feel like I cannot leave my personal belongings in my own home without them being tampered with or taken. Regardless of who entered the property, residents should be able to expect their personal belongings and privacy to be respected.

Absolutely zero communtion with the people painting my apartment.They walked in unannounced, left furniture in disarray, and left soda/ energy drink cans out for me to clean up.

RUN AWAY!!! FINANCIAL BONDAGE WILL MEET YOU HERE. EVERY NIGHTMARE ABOUT HAVING YOUR OWN SPACE WILL FIND YOU AT HAVEN AKA HELL!! Parents please teach your children NOT to sign contracts that are meant to keep them in financial BONDAGE. As stated by the office manager (with the freckles)....."This happens quite often and more than you think". So lets look at changing the policy or at least allowing circumstances on a case-by-case.....you think! So my daughter signed a lease agreement and found out she no longer would be attending TSU.
