They handled our move in April, 2017. We were moving from a 3 bedroom house to a 1 bedroom apartment. We had them place the excess in a local storage for us. Everything was wrapped and packed very well by their staff. They were all very friendly and worked at a rapid pace. Nothing was damaged in our move. Much better than the last company!! I would have given them 5 stars if they had handled the storage part correctly. I am disabled and had requested that they place the furniture at the back of the storage and the boxes at the front.
Never been so infuriated in my life. I am moving from Texas to Illinois and I chose this company to help me move. I wish I didn't. Alex had told us that my stuff would be in Illinois within only a few business days. I wait on the day that he said the truck would arrive and all I hear are crickets. Now I'm worried because I have no idea where my stuff is. I tried contacting the company and Edward multiple times through the phone and through email and nothing has come up.
Held my stuff and lied about bringing it to me. They hold your stuff and charge extra money. Also there is no address. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
