I have mixed feelings about living here. On the positive side, the apartments themselves are beautiful, the location is excellent, and the fitness center is well-maintained. However, the cost of rent does not align with the current state of the community or its amenities. The pools have been closed for the majority of the summer without a timely resolution. Paying a premium monthly rent only to have to pay extra for public pool access is highly frustrating, especially during the peak summer months before school resumes. Furthermore, there is a noticeable lack of community upkeep.

I genuinely hate this place. The building number and apartment number are completely unrelated. The place is poorly built. Never deliver food here
