Apartment Rental Agency
When it comes to island living, our beachfront rental community has everything you could imagine.
A beautiful place with a high emotional and financial cost Our experience at Kapilina Beach Homes was disappointing. The location itself is genuinely beautiful, but our time here came at a steep emotional and financial cost. Move-in: no cleaning, despite what we were told. The unit we moved into had been vacant for over a year. We specifically asked whether a deep cleaning would be done before we moved in, and we were told yes. When we arrived, nothing had been done. The house was very dirty — cobwebs throughout the closets and debris everywhere.
-5 stars hate it here the heat is unbearable I have a problem going to sleep bc I have to use 4+ fans There is no a/c included and the way the houses are built no winds breeze through the house. To install a/c you have to ask for permission and pay them the money to get it installed. My bf is hvac and could easily install a/c but under there requirements of living here they have to install a/c and so far I’ve seen the maintenance people are half-ass. Have to mention the loud airplanes and jets that pass by is so loud your house shakes.
Kapilina Beach Homes has been a genuinely solid place to live. The grounds are clean, well kept, and it actually looks like someone cares about the property. The staff in the office are professional, easy to talk to, and they don’t give you attitude when you have a question or a problem. It feels more like a community than just another set of rentals. The real standout is maintenance. We’ve had several issues, and every single one has been handled within about 12–24 hours, and done right the first time.
