Kensington

The maintenance team is so prompt, caring, and considerate. Whenever we report an issue, they often address our concerns within 24 hours. Easily the best of any place we've lived!

Great apartment building, great management!

As a moving company, we’ve completed many moves at Kensington Park Apartments over the years, and it’s always been a positive experience. The property is well maintained, the grounds are clean, and the management has consistently been professional and accommodating when coordinating move-ins and move-outs. Easy access and a well-organized community make the moving process much smoother for both residents and our crews. We always enjoy working here and appreciate the great experience.
