Metro Edgewater

Haven’t even moved in yet and already regretting. Move in date is coming up and communication with them has been straight up awful. No responses to emails and they never pick up.

We highly recommend Metro Edgewater! The location is perfect, and everything is within a 15min walking distance. Plus, you're right by the water and can enjoy a walk along a boardwalk. The building itself is peaceful and clean, the amenities are new and well-kept, and the staff is exceptional and incredibly helpful. We truly enjoy living here!

I had a very disappointing experience with Metro Edgewater. The staff was unfriendly from start to finish — from the front desk to the leasing agents. Communication was extremely slow, especially by email, and because of their delays I lost almost two weeks waiting for the approval process. In the end, they kept my entire $570 deposit and blamed me for everything, even though many of the delays were caused by their own poor communication and constantly changing requirements. What made this even more frustrating was the unusually high application and deposit fees.
