Obviously this company doesn't take formal complaints seriously. Working with Corrado was challenging—he had a confrontational tone when interacting with clients, which created unnecessary friction early in the process. As time went on, the issues worsened. He would accept appraisal requests but fail to follow up with clients. In several cases, days would pass without any communication from him, leaving clients in limbo. Many ended up seeking alternative solutions out of frustration.

I been using MetroWide for several years. If they are on the bank, credit union, trust company, and mortgage investment corporation as an approved appraisal company, I don't hesitate to use MetroWide. The timing, accuracy and customer services is always wonderful from my experience.

I was assigned Metrowide Appraisal Services as I was renewing my mortgage and I was not impressed with their service at all. The agent was late and tried to charge me an additional $275 with the justification that I had a basement apartment which is incorrect. Had my broker not told me the amount agreed to ahead of time they would have received the funds.
