Mr. Claremont, Anthony Grynchal, is hands-down the best realtor in the country. I mean that. I’m a 61-year-old retired CPA and I’ve bought and sold properties before. I’ve worked with other realtors in the past and they are good but nothing at the level of Anthony. Bottom line, he got me top dollar for my property. The absolute most. Every penny … and in a very tumultuous economy. He helped me manage some squatters in that property and advised me to speak with his real estate lawyer and he was wonderful. He also had his crew of people that fixed up the property at really good prices.
