Mr. Long Beach Real Estate

We worked with Gorden on a home purchase as first time home buyers. He made himself available for many weekends to tour homes, provided his opinions and helped us learn about what would be easy to fix vs not, and understanding the entire negotiation process. After our offer was accepted, he helped us through all the various contingencies and when the deal was in a precarious state because of some repairs Gorden helped us resolve things so we could close feeling confident and protected. Gorden is personable, patient, and experienced.

The way we found Gorden means something to us. My wife and I started looking for a house on a Saturday night, sending out a bunch of requests to see places late at night. Gorden was the first to get back to us and the quickest to set up a showing. By Sunday afternoon, he met us at a house for a tour. That fast response showed us what kind of help he’d give us while we bought our first place. Being new to all this, my wife and I had no clue what we were doing in the real estate game.

Very thoughtful and straightforward experience working with Mr Long Beach. He truly has his clients interests at heart and I would recommend him to anyone looking for real estate services.
