NVN PAVING

They botched the job. Told me it should be a simple job to resurface the driveway, after the first rain I had huge pools of water. They came back, cut away some of the asphalt, but ultimately added so much, there is now a 4.75 inch drop from the driveway into the garage. This makes the garage unusable, you cannot park a car in it without it scraping along the driveway edge. I didn't notice this right away since at the time I wasn't using the garage, but once I did I reached out and the owner became non-responsive, not taking ownership for the issue.

Calista did a great job answering the phone and telling me what I need to know. And Oscar will be here tomorrow which is very fast service.

Great experience! Reliable and professional.
