O.T Bay Builders

We recently used OT Bay Builders to remodel our front bathroom. We had talked to a number of other remodeling contractors before talking to them. Most were at least a little cheaper. In our case, three things helped us make the decision, with two being different than almost anyone else we looked at. The first was the ratings for the quality of the workmanship. Consistent with the reviews, we were very happy with the quality of the work performed – this is definitely a “high-end” contractor. The second was the inclusion of full-service design in the package, which the others didn’t offer.

OTBayBuilders did a fantastic job on our garage conversion project. We chose them based solely on their outstanding online reviews, without any personal recommendations from friends or colleagues, and we're so glad we did. Ron, our contractor and project manager, guided us through every step of the process—from the initial consultation to the final project sign-off. Our garage conversion was a complex project with many moving parts, but Ron handled everything exceptionally well, including the planning, permit process, and construction.

Very disappointed with the service
