Overlook at Morganton Park

When looking at places to move to in Southern Pines, I didn't know of this place til the last I was here visiting. That's when my daughter in law told me about this place. I was looking for a place that would make my daily life a tad easier. Well, I found it. The Overlook is a perfect location for me and my little pup. After a bad fall this past November, I was left with a TBI and another neck surgery. So I'm not as mobile as I was. Having all the shopping I need within a half mile was a huge selling point for me. I did everything I needed to do to move in, all online. Then I got here.

It’s great, and I don’t just say so because I live here

We just toured The Overlook, and it is absolutely gorgeous! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you visit, be sure to ask for Geneva, she is the sweetest! She was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and will make your move feel seamless from start to finish. The pool is stunning, and the leasing office/visitor center feels like your own personal oasis. We left feeling excited and can definitely see why so many people love this community!
