What do Google reviewers say?
I would have been better off throwing everything I own and starting from scratch. Hire anyone else.
Terrible experience with Cross Country Moving LLC. Do not recommend. Do not consider doing business with Cross Country Moving LLC. They are dishonest, disreputable, and completely lack integrity. They demanded 50% more in fees on the day of the move when we had no options, damaged our personal property, damaged our home during the move and refused all accountability. We hired Cross Country Moving LLC to handle our relocation from Phoenix, Arizona to Monticello, Florida, with delivery occurring on May 17, 2025.
Cross Country Movers helped me to move from Los Angeles to West Palm Beach, FL. I was impressed with how fast they work without loosing quality. Everything was packed with care (TV, glass vases, plates and cups, clothes, my cat’s staff). What is more I needed to relocate my car and Cross Country Movers helped me with this too, so it was just one company to handle my whole move which is such a relief. Alex and his guys were nice and professional. My recommendation!
