Park Newport

Park Newport – bait and switch. We toured in January. The place looked decent for the location. Mike hyped the clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi, summer events, and movie theater like they were the main reasons to sign. He never once mentioned the massive construction project starting a month later that would shut all of that down for our entire lease. We only found out after signing and getting keys. Now the “amenities” are a couple of workout machines crammed into a small room and a few pools that feel more like someone’s backyard than a luxury complex. Nonstop construction noise starts before 8 a.m.
