My car was towed from the resident parking garage even though I pay for parking and am a resident here. They know my car parks here every day, yet they made no effort to contact me before towing it, even though they clearly had the ability to see this was a resident vehicle. I had simply forgotten to display my disability placard, which i understand is my fault but instead of giving any kind of warning or trying to reach out, they had my car towed and left me to pay $500 to get it back. What made it even worse was their complete lack of accountability.
Keeping consideration Sunday morning between 6 AM to 11 AM they have a workout class with loud ass speakers at the amphitheater right in front of the damn building that’s something they will definitely forget to let you guys know. that means if you’re trying to sleep in on a Sunday you will be up by 6 AM to speakers screaming " LET IT CURL" with very very loud music that will wake you up at 6 AM. Anything with the view to the water take it in consideration before you sign a lease. We have lived here for over eight months and we still did not receive parking.
I love this building and my apartment so much, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Hanaya was so helpful in the leasing process and answering all of my questions. Solaimon helped me on move-in day to show me through all the apps and make sure everything went smoothly. I had one minor thing that needed to be fixed and William and Elijah both came and took care of it quickly! The custodial staff does a great job of keeping the property clean and smelling good. Overall the process has been smooth and the staff mentioned have been wonderful.
