Presidium Regal

Latasha and Jessica have been wonderful to work with from start of application till move in day. Very friendly and professional.

Selena, Latasha, and Jessica made my move to Florida completely seamless! This trio truly went above and beyond. From the moment I met them, they greeted me with bubbly personalities and warm, smiling faces that instantly made me feel welcome. Latasha and Jessica even stayed after hours to walk me through the application process and made what seemed impossible happen despite my tight timeline. My application was processed, approved, and I was move-in ready in less than a week! Jessica also checked in with me throughout the entire process, which made me feel supported every step of the way.

Selena has been absolutely amazing throughout my experience at Presidium Regal. From day one, she’s been professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly, and she always goes above and beyond to help. It’s rare to find someone who provides this level of customer service and truly takes pride in what they do. She’s a huge asset to the Presidium Regal team, and I really appreciate everything she’s done. Thank you, Selena!
