Unfortunately, this property uses Approve Shield to screen applicants. After paying $375 for application and admin fees I have been given the runaround. Approve Shield had me log in all of my bank accounts including my 401k to prove income. After giving them access to my accounts Approve Shield wanted a three way call with both State Employees Credit Union and Fidelity Net Investments, which I agreed to! It has been 6 days and I still have no response from Approve Shield or the property regarding the approval or denial of my app.

You guys scheduled me for 05/05/26 @3:15pm for an appointment and when I get here the office is closed and won’t be back open until 05/08/26.That’s extremely inconsiderate and a waste of my time.I really don’t appreciate that.

CONS: PREVIOUS TENANTS LEFT PET HAIR EVERYWHERE, IN THE FRIDGE, IN THE DISHWASHER, AND A STICKY PEE SPOT IN A CARPETED BEDROOM. - These are new builds, so expect them to be cheaply made, like every newly built house post-covid. They do not have hardwood floors like they advertised. It’s lvp flooring, so it’s vinyl, and it is coming apart in the bathroom likely due to the previous tenants. The cabinets are installed slightly crooked. The drawer knobs are also coming off. Also due to the past tenants, but the cabinetry is just cheap. The quality of materials has gone down post-covid in general.
