The improvements since Griffis management took over have been truly remarkable. Complaints are taken seriously, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the overall quality of living has improved tremendously. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and genuinely cares about making the community a better place to live. One of the biggest changes has been package security. My packages used to get stolen regularly—sometimes as often as once a week. Now, management actively monitors the mailroom, secures unattended packages, and even helps residents locate misplaced deliveries.

Karen is super helpful and always available. She is always smiling and approachable, it makes it easy to adjust to living in an apartment complex. I appreciate all that she does. Thank You

I've had a great experience at Griffis Platinum Triangle so far. The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the move-in process, and they've always been quick to answer any questions I had. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the amenities are awesome. The location is also hard to beat with easy access to everything around Anaheim. Overall, I'm really happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend Griffis to anyone looking for a great place to live
