Seattle Handyman Crew

On going project.... Day 2 update: office never responded to my email. Guess they just choose to avoid conflict. However, the experience with the worker went much better today. Worker came earlier than first day and actually stayed the whole day. He worked fast and did all the things we talked about. Even if he felt it wasn't necessary. Increasing to 3 star rating because of his customer service and hard work. ...... original post.... 1 star...Started out very bad.

Other reviews calling out lack of attention to detail (paint dripping, etc) and their workers not showing up during promised hours were also my experience with this company. I'm giving 2 out of 5 stars only because in my book, 1 out of 5 would be like taking money and running without doing anything at all. I'm not sure what their end game is but it doesn't seem to be based in doing a good job and relying on good referrals and word of mouth. It appears like they're just trying to get one-time jobs and oh well if the customer experience is trash.

High quality construction. One thing I really appreciated was the communication between the Seattle Handman Crew when I would email, call or message them. They would normally respond within a couple hours. The work of Douglas was great, and he did a great job of building in our custom door. I attached some images of the before and after. We had them install a custom door frame and drywall in our basement stairwell. We have a shorter ceiling height, so the door needed cut down and Douglas was able to do this for us.
