Sky Builders ZHR

Robert and Zack built us a freestanding ADU in our backyard. They did this from scratch, starting with design and blueprints and ending with the structure built and the Certificate of Occupancy in our hands. First, you need contractors you can trust. Both of these gentlemen are stand up guys and will treat you like family. Reading other reviews, I see I am not the only one who felt this way. Second, if you are considering a similar project and are naive enough to think that a project like this will proceed without any bumps in the road, you are in for a rude awakening.

We had an excellent experience working with Sky Builders ZHR on our 1 bed, 1 bath ADU project from start to finish. They handled everything from the planning, permits, and design process all the way through construction and final completion. Like any major construction project, we had some revisions and change orders along the way, but they always made sure we were getting the best value and outcome for our investment. We never felt pressured, and they took the time to explain options and recommendations honestly and professionally.

We were connected with Robert and Zack of Sky Builders through Realm in Summer 2025. Overall we are happy with their service. They were able to complete a variety of outstanding work for our home in one project proposal (from kitchen countertops, bathroom remodeling to outdoor fences and lawn). The timeline was clear and our project was actually completed on schedule! We appreciated they gave a list of materials needed prior to starting the work so we could have it all ready to avoid delays. They also were very thorough to make sure we were satisfied prior to finishing the work.
