Definitely a first class locksmith ! The technician arrive in 20min and got me in. Great price and service

$695 to replace a broken deadbolt. I was quoted $185 to drill out the old deadbolt and $59 for the call fee. I was offered their most basic locks, expecting them to be $20-40, but they were $150, plus a $20 installation fee each on top of the call fee, which they did not tell me until after they were installed. I was also charged $120 for an air jack, which they did not tell me before they used it. Was blind sided with an extra $360 that I had no choice but to pay. Elijah was very nice while he was there, but Mike was rude and dismissive when I called to ask if there was a mistake.

Terrible terrible terrible dispatch. I was stranded at the salt lake city public library. In salt lake city. Where this company is supposedly located, which is why I chose them. Will not make that mistake again. When I told them my information they said a tech would call me in a couple minutes. Called them back 30 min later. Confirmed I was at the library, confirmed my phone number was told I would get a phone call in a few minutes. I asked if someone was already on their way and was told yes. 1 hour later called again.
