St. Elmo Living

I’ve really enjoyed living at St. Elmo. The front desk staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond. They’ve even reached out to me on their own on multiple occasions when a package wasn’t delivered correctly to make sure I got it. The pool and amenities are well maintained, and the maintenance team is fast and professional every time. The location is also hard to beat with so many breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. Definitely the best apartment community I’ve lived in.

UPDATED 12/25 DO NOT RENT HERE. After this review has been posted for OVER 16 months the management YESTERDAY is asking me get in touch with them. SERIOUSLY? SIXTEEN months LATER?. LOL I moved BECAUSE you harassed me for leaving an honest review. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! DO NOT!! DO NOT TRUST ANY of the reviews of 4 stars or more. I KNOW the individuals giving 5 stars and they are doing it under pressure from management. Interesting how my review has been liked / loved dozens of times.. while the 5 star reviews get maybe 2-3 likes. Tells you ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW.

I like the apartments but for the price you pay, it’s not luxury living. It smells like trash all the time, the trash bins are ALWAYS overflowing, the trash rooms in each floor ALWAYS have trash sitting in the room for days that makes the whole floor stink. I get it, it’s the lazy people that can’t bring themselves to open the trash shuttle to properly dispose of their trash but management is aware and should consider putting a fee or sending a warning to tenants that ruin the living experience.
