Steven Sarasin Real Estate

We have worked with Melissa for 2 real-estate deals now, and just like the first see has been a pleasure to work with. Very professional and the clients love her. Looking forward to working with her again!

It was a pleasure working with Mel! She really listened to all of our wants and needs and in the end we found the perfect place for us. Also she didn't just try to sell any place, but really accommodated to our individual likings. Thanks so much for all the help! If we ever plan to move again, we will definitely ask for her help again.

Back in November 2025, I hired Mel from the Steven Sarasin Real Estate Team after having an absolute nightmare of an experience at the condo I was living in. I had only been there for six months, but the experience was nothing short of traumatic. The landlords were dishonest and had misrepresented important details in the tenant agreement. Mel took the time to explain my rights as a tenant and assured me that she would help me find a better situation. She did far more than just help me, she completely exceeded my expectations.
