I recently applied and was approved at Sur at Southside Quarter, and I couldn't be more excited to move in next month! From the very first tour to the application and approval process, everything was incredibly smooth, easy, and stress-free. A special shoutout to Jessica, the community manager, for making this such an amazing experience. She was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions throughout the process. Her excellent customer service and genuine care made me feel confident that I was choosing the right community to call home.
I have enjoyed my apartment at Sur. Mack is extremely helpful when I have any issues and the property is well kept. I look forward to staying here for a while
Do not move into SUR. All I can say is ROACHES!!! This place is infested. I’ve been here since May and I’ve witnessed more than 20 roaches and even with pest control coming and spraying every 2 weeks they keep coming back. I have brought this up to management in several emails but no one has called me or responded to my email, this place is a disgrace. STAY AWAY!!!!
