The Team was amazing

5 out of 5 Trina T.

I have now submitted multiple maintenance requests that have been marked as “completed” even though they were never resolved. My ant issue was marked complete without anyone contacting me, despite my request to schedule an appointment. I also submitted a request regarding broken gym equipment, and that request was also marked as resolved even though the issue has not been fixed and no one reached out. I would really appreciate better communication and for requests to remain open until the issue has actually been addressed or communicated to me directly…

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The apartments we saw were nice but the community itself had a lot of extra amenities that are a big plus for residents.
