The Grove is a very welcoming place to live. I've never had any problems. Maintenance is very attentive and all of the residents are very respectful. I've lived here for two years and I love it. Edit: I originally assigned 5 stars but after recent management change everything has been absolutely insufferable. We went this entire last summer without a pool, utilities are no longer included in our rent yet the rent stays the same. The grass was brown and had weeds that were 5 feet tall for months, as well.

Took over 2 years to fix my a/c and heating way too many other places in pullman to live don’t choose here literally anywhere else terrible place to live.

This complex has a lot of room for improvement. I lived at The Grove for a year, and when we first moved in, the property was mostly in good shape. Landscaping was well maintained, and management was responsive and easy to work with. At the time, it was one of the nicer apartment complexes to live in Pullman. The property has noticeably declined since new management took over this spring. The grass became so overgrown that it wasn't mowed until the end of July, and it took the large landscaping crew several days to clean up.
