The Hawthorne

I lived at these apartments for two years. The first year was great, but during the second year management kept changing, and everything went downhill. Parking is terrible. My father-in-law was forced to park outside the gate even though he was willing to pay for an assigned parking space within the complex. His car was broken into, and management did nothing to address the situation or show any concern. Samantha in the leasing office was consistently rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful.

Resident Character Statement Throughout my time living at Hawthorne Apartments, I have always made an effort to be a respectful, friendly, and positive member of the community. I believe the way you treat the people around you says a lot about your character, and I have always tried to lead with kindness and respect. My neighbors have always been welcoming toward me. Many of them regularly say hello, ask how my day is going, and take the time to have genuine conversations with me.

Jorge Morillo was amazing, he came super quickly, informed us about how to better take care of our appliances and applied fixes to our window quickly! Amazing very happy
