The Ravelle at Ridgeview

Management is a joke I contacted them MULTIPLE times about issues with my upstair’s neighbor and they’ve literally done NOTHING! Paying $1,600 a month for an apartment and you barely want to be here because of the loudness at all hours of the night . literally she stomps SO LOUD at all hours of the night and management hasn’t done a damn thing . HER STOMPS and her 3 dogs literally run marathons at 12am, 3am and even 4am. Management hasn’t done ANYTHING. Can’t wait until my lease is up … This place sucks!!!! Management is just here to collect a pay check …

This was one of the worst renting experiences I have ever had and was very short-lived. For a significant period of time, there appeared to be ongoing illegal drug activity and disruptive behavior at this apartment complex, creating an environment that felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for residents. What made the situation even more frustrating was management's apparent lack of response. I repeatedly contacted the office through multiple channels to report my concerns and request action.

Definitely a great place to live when it comes to location, but I will say that places have to stop overselling this “Luxury Living”. Especially if the stairwells are always a mess.. electricity is always out.. it’s something that never is working properly. With the price of everything now, it would mean a lot if we actually got what we pay for
