What do Google reviewers say?
A fairly quiet and beautiful condominium
It is so bad here, that the police recommended I leave this review in the hopes that something is done. Homeless people live in the parking lot and start fires all day with smoke, breaking in to the gym loitering all day each day. The laundry machines are inoperable most of the time, and I am currently on day 2 without access to a shower, and day 5 with no access to my stove/oven due to a gas leak. I had no carbon monoxide detector in my unit and this was never disclosed. I have felt very unsafe here, and the property management does very little to help, even when you try to call and email.
So if you want to live in a place with no water, no gas, failing building structures, and property theft, this is the place for you! Shame on the property owners for allowing the property to fall into COMPLETE disrepair! It's a tear down.
