The Strand

I’ve had a really good experience with the maintenance here, especially Martin! He’s always helpful and makes sure things are taken care of. I really appreciate how quick and easy he makes everything!

This place is wonderful! I could not be happier with our experience so far. It was the simplest and most convenient application/move in process. The leasing team is great and always available. The units are beautiful and the location is perfect. We love our home here!

I want to share how happy we are living in this community. The maintenance team and office staff are truly amazing. Every time we need help, they are responsive, friendly, and quick to resolve any issue. Recently, our washing machine stopped working. We submitted a maintenance request, and Steve came the very next day to inspect it. He returned on Monday with another team member, installed a new machine, and made sure everything was working properly. They were professional, respectful, and cleaned everything up afterward. We also really appreciate how well the community is maintained.
